Request a User Account

Please provide the information below to request a user account to access the National Brain Databank. The system will email you a password to allow you to login.

By requesting a Guest account (default), you can browse collections, search diagnostic and microarray data and download datasets. Optionally, you may request an Investigator role if you wish to access diagnostic reports and case biographies. Investigator access requires you to agree to HIPAA requirements and a quick review of your CV by administrators at the Databank, however you will be provided guest access until an investigator account is approved. Finally, if you plan to submit replicate datasets on Brain tissue acquired from the Brainbank you can request creator/curators privileges.

* Guest accounts do not require submission of CV, and are activated immediately without approval.
